As was staed in another post. NAC aircraft blocking the runway. Ngukurr Bandit landing with one engine(that will be expensive, more so than a 737 diversion) and another emergency aircraft with a comm`s failure. ATC would have earned there money today. I will piss in there pocket and give them a wrap for once. No major dealys caused to any other traffic. To top it all off, the latest rumour to start was NAC new cheif pilot has give his notice (only a few days notice to) and is moving on next week. If this is true, then a question for Tipped off. Do you thing Steffan is sitting in his office smilling now?

Just spoke to the Townsville refueler He thinks that maybe the old chief could not come good with the promises. Not sure what deal would have been made to get him there but if he gives that sort of notice to even HA, what will he do to the next employer. Remember a lot off good guys depend on the chief id does not show much respect for them. Good luck to the new chief. Still I have not heard of any harm to HA or his company which indicates that it must be solid and have CASA,s backing.

see you in a month
