Oh my god, what an arse!!!! My condolences to any one on that side of the pond who has to work with this plonker. Serco has it's pillocks but he takes the biscuit. Anyway, from a nearly sane 'real world' serco controller, I hope all you guys in Blighty make the best of a bad job and your worst nightmares don't come true, I'm just glad I'm allowed to lift my head out of the trench now http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/tongue.gif

Just a pity my shares won't be going through the roof now :)

Don't worry too much, the shares went up the day after it was announced whereas the airlines went down. Obviously the market thinks it's still uncertain times ahead :)
