Hi all, I'm in the process of putting up a website that caters for anyone with an interest in aviation. One of the sections is "Aerial Approches", this is basicaly aimed at the GA fraternity.

If any of you have photos taken on approach to any GA strips, be they farm or whatever perhaps you'd be kind enough to mail me a copy ([email protected]). If you can put a brief description of the photo, (location, runway orientation, hazards etc) it would be much appreciated and I promise to credit you with the photo.

Thanks in advance

If you have not already seen it, you might want to glance at this (http://forums.flyer.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=9922) and, in particular, some of the videos here (http://www.gletscherflug.ch/videothek.htm)

Hi Timothy and thanks for the reply. I had seen the photos on The Flyer portal but not the vids, so thanks for the link. I'm still hoping that some of the folks on here will send some photos to help enhance my site.

Thanks again.

When the sun comes out I'll take a pic and email it to you of my strip fron both approaches.

If you never get it assume that my multi-tasking was not very good........:ugh:

Alan,

Thanks for sharing your pictures, they are all stunning, not just the aviation ones, certainly a talent there! :)

Sabi is beautiful, again, great shots particularly the shaking ones :)

I've got some but can't work out how to post them. The forum rules at the bottom left of this screen say I can't post attachments. Neither can I understand the pop up box I get when I click on the IMG button. What is an 'Explorer User Prompt'? Help!

CAT.S you can email them to me if you wish or I could find some space on my server you could upload (FTP) them to.
