As we have all seen recently, our airspace is extremely vulnerable,as are our aircraft, from interference.
When joined NATS 11 years ago all staff were subject to the official secrets act,and as far as I am aware they still are.UK airspace is our sovereign airspace and is an intergral part of our national security.
Are any of our new partners subject to the OSA?I don't think they are.Anyone who works for the airlines in TAG would be able to get hold of possibly sensitive information.
Does anyone else have any thourghts on the subject of national airspace security?I realise this would not have prevented last weeks terrible events in the US but the now obvious threat to our national security is there for all to see.

Of even greater importance though....what will happen to you boys, girls and monkeys when 1, 2, 3 or more of the Airline Group constituents go out of business??? No more Airline Group? No more NATS? Doesn't bode well for the expected cash injection that was the reason for PPP..

Rant over, back to sleep.... :p :p
