I would like to bring it to your attention that SATCO stands for Student Air Traffic Controller and not Senior,but I would like to thank you for the info provided.

You'll find us studes are called SATC's.

A SATCO is something altogether different, and resides at the other end of the pay-scale.

Now where did I put my MATS Part 1, it must be in the glossary....

If you look at the pay scales you will see what a SATCO gets paid. If thats what a student gets paid at the college, I'd like to go back and train again.

I am now a fully fledged SATC and definitely NOT a SATCO.....believe me the difference is very noticable at this end of the scale!!!! :)
