Hi all. i am fortunate? to be doing a type rating course soon on the 400. does anybody know any good web sites to get all sorts of info. like tech info and operation info profiles etc. thanks

I looked for numerous B747-400 websites before I started my 400 course with Virgin without any luck, the only one around appeared to be at www.meriweather.com but when I started the course everything you need is supplied so I would'nt worry to much about it!

Meriweather is a good site to get you around. No worries... on the course you get what you need. I finished my B777 transition this year in March and went to Seattle without prestudy.

www.aerowinx.com Good stuff, but you have to buy their sim for the PC (£200) to get the best rom it. The sim is excellent btw - you will probably see it used on the course.
