While returning from Dalaman, Turkey late last night to Naples, I overhead the following communication between Athinai Control and a Hapag Lloyd crew. It made the dodging of the thunderstorms a little more bearable:
Athinai: Hapag Lloyd XXX you are cleared to XXX via ABCDEFG.
HL: Standby
Athinai: What is the matter, don't you have that on your "map"?
HL: Yes, maam, but I have to find it first.
Athinai: OK, I am trying to give you a shortcut.
HL: Thank you very much.
