im a 17 year old student in newcastle (UK) and want to find out more about how to become an ATCO.
Most of pprune seems to talk about pilots, and pilot sponsorship, but how does it all work in ATC? do you just apply to the NATS?

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

You need to speak to ATC recruiting which is based at One Kemble Street, (next to CAA House) on Kingsway, London.

I don't have the number to hand, but phone directory enquiries and they can give it to you. Ask for ATC recruitment and they will send you an application form.

If you want to know more, look in the topic history as this comes up every 3-4 weeks.

Good luck
