Dear Mr Blair
Having just watched a program regarding ATC controllers (albeit in the US), and also having had a go at an ATC simulator program, I am writing to tell you that you should not only give all our ATC operators a pay rise, but they should also be granted 3 hour days, of 9 x 20 minute sessions interspersed with lengthy breaks - the current one of 2 hours on is ridiculous - do YOU work that hard for your pay!!! Give them more and do it QUICK!! I look forward to knowing that our skies will be ever safer as a result of your smart forward planning (on my instigation perhaps!).
