List of AOC Holders?

Looking for a list of UK AOC holders, preferably with names of the key people within each organisation.

Can't find anything on the CAA website and have searched PPRuNe

Don't have an online source, but

JAA Admin & Guidance Material - Section 4 - Part 4
contains the Register of AOC Holders (JAR_OPS)

UK info is a section within this, curiously headed "GB-United Kingdom" !!?
