since we all are wannabes either of cathay or dragonair.. why dont we open a club (online) or u know exchange msn, messengers.. whatever... so that we can share information easily and quickly, and also get to know our competitors?

its just an idea, we can start one if everyone supports it.

This has been a great forum for me - I've learned about living conditions in Hong Kong and the area, discovered some new sources of information, been pointed in the right areas of study - the list goes on. Sometimes the information comes in the form of an opinion, sometimes someone has misunderstood something earlier and passes on incorrect information by mistake but lots of times the information is passed on by folks who hold positions we aspire to, from experience we have yet to get. I think that's really valuable.

Anyway, the long and short of this post is.....isn't this forum exactly what you're talking about?

can I suggest that posters contact the author via P.M or e-mail. This is simply becoming a list of e-mail addresses. The problem with this, is that it is of no interest to anyone reading the thread. Furthermore it becomes a source of information for the less desireable elements out there, to farm your individual contact details. By all means start another thread on this subject relating to the subject rather than a list of "count me in" posts, but in the meantime I am closing this thread.
