Dont know why last post was deleted. Anyone know about this airline? Prospective UK to Benin operator. UK licenced and wanting A340 or 767ER?

Any connection to Zircon Airways? They were intending to fly STN to Benin with a 747. Guy behind it was a Mr.Hopewell - that's all I know.
