I have been speaking to a contact of mine in Canada. He advised me that a total of 18 LATCC controllers have been or are about to be offered employment so far. This is subject to obtaining a visa of course and i dont expect many will let on till they have their visa in hand. This figure may well rise in the future if those that accept actually go. Can anyone else with a job offer confirm this, in the context of your made up name of course!

Not an answer to your question, but do you know a name and address to apply for one of these Canada posts.

We could all form an ex-pat watch, rename the control centre CATC and feel like were all back in Bournemouth....Now all we need is a pub called the Seagull....hmm

I think that their TMA controllers do approach at the same time, sort of CCF principal (Stage 5?)
One of our TMA controllers starts in May at Vancouver

Is that across the whole of Canada, or do they have smaller airfields with their own apc/apr units?
Failing that, does anyone know what chances someone with no area experience would have?
