With our historic 80 or 90 percent no vote only a couple of days away, I wonder what IPMS plans are for the next stage. Management have said they will offer no more money, and the ball is in IPMS's court.
We are rostered to work the extra days this year and are now turning down the chance to sell some back for a not unsubstantial sum of money. What are IPMS aiming to get out of the next meetings? Are they looking for a basic lump sum for all and then sell back the days if you want, or are they going to tell the suits to stick it? http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/confused.gif

You would hardly expect management to say there WAS more money would you?

How about we take one stage at a time? Let's wait for the announcement of the result first. What's the big rush for IPMS? It's not us that NEEDS those days to make our seriously-flawed plans work. Let management get impatient for once.

Don't get this " What is IPMS going to do next" line. You are the members so you dictate what you are asking for. What consultation meetings are taking place ?

It would also help if you realised that getting involved and not letting the few do all the work would broaden your education.
