View Full Version : Where can I get a Skymap IIIC Power Adaptor

I have a Skymap IIIC GPS and I want to power the unit via the 12v panel outlet in the brand new Cessna 172s I hire from my flying club.

I normally power the unit using the standard cigar lighter power adaptor supplied with the unit. However the diameter of the power outlet in the new Cessna is very much smaller than the standar cigar lighter adaptor.

Can anyone advise me where I can obtain the appropriately sized power adaptor for the new 172s ? (the club's engineers are unable to offer any suggestions).

Mny thanks,
Mr Teddy.

Not flying planks I don't know what the socket is but it could be this plug. (http://rswww.com/cgi-bin/bv/browse/Module.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1812569158.1095987887@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccceadcmimkdikhcfngcfkmdgkldfin.0&cacheID=ukie&3273440829=3273440829&stiboID=5134243)

If it is I think I ve got one you can have - PM me.
