Which Jeppesen training manual would contain information on icao 8168 if any of them?

If the training manuals don't have said information, which pilot shop would hold said manuals for a fair(ie: cheap) price?

Are you referring to the Oxford Jeppesen JAA ATPL training manuals or the Jeppesen Route Manuals?

The "text Jeppesen" route manual contains a best of 8168 section.

The Oxford Jeppesen Air Law theoretical knowledge manual also contains some of Pans Ops.

But get your hands on the real deal, I am sure will find it most stimulating.
