Hi Friends..Greetings from Lumpur ATC.
This is especially for those flying to the Indian Subcontinent/Middle East/Europe via the WMKK FIR. It would be helpful to both ATC and Cockpit Crew if you could provide the Estimate, Required FL and Cruising Mach No. for the Exit points as soon as it is available. Please do understand that this is not a procedure but a request that can be useful to both parties. This is especially useful to those participating in the NO-PDC (No Prior Departure Coordination) programme i.e for FL280 and FL320 only.
Visits can be arranged for those interested in visiting the KL ATCC.
