So Ken has received sanction to legally challenge the Government over PPP on the basis that he doesn't feel he can take the reins of a service based on safety and efficiency AND do it within the framework of PPP. Does this ring a bell? Does this offer an immediate opportunity for IPMS and PCS (and maybe others) to piggy-back the debate and maybe kick PPP into touch in it's entirety? Maybe the arguments are slightly more political given Ken's love of Lionel - any input anybody? The timing's nice if nothing else, given the election....
