I got a caution about a year ago for something fairly minor, ive had a pass issued to me since but only on a basic disclosure and it didnt show but now I must get an enhanced one that may or may not show up, i know I can get a pass as a caution isn't a conviction and doesnt prevent me from getting one but its with a new employer
