Malev Emergency Landing at Dub

MA096 traveling BUD - YYZ 25 AUG has just made an emergency landing at DUB. The aircraft landed at 2218 without any problems.

Aircraft had been dumping fuel since 2010 after encountering hydrolic problems. Approximetly 9 units of the fire service were seen at either end of the airfield.

A full emergeny has been declared causing the airport to close.

Dublin now open again

Dublin Airport has reopened at 2305 using an alternative runway. The diverted Malev aircraft is still on the main runway but some fire units have returned from the area.
