So whats the story? Apparently LAC are telling new students that they no longer charge VAT? How is this possible?
Turnover is so low that they are no longer VAT registered, or they contribute to the Labour party central funds (whoops did I say that)
Can't think of any other reason!

It is partial exemption negotiated with customs & excise for sporting & leisure activities.
Flt training, ground school, exams and landing fees are VAT exempt except for corporate bodies.
Shop purchases, oil and fuel are not.

This is stunning... Is this truly the case. If so, why isn't anyone else doing it, do you think? Anyone have any more details?
