LST vs LPC

What exactly is the difference in CONTENT of these 2 test/check flights?

The limited JAR stuff I have seen only seems to differentiate as to when they must be done as opposed to what they entail.

Section 1 of the LST includes Pre-flight actions including: Documentation, Mass & balance calculation & weather brief. Otherwise there is no difference in content between the LST/LPC.
