I am looking at doing a CAA FI course in March and would like to know of any ones experiances with schools and looking at the following.
Coventry, AA
Cranfield, Bonus
Leicester
Turweston ??
or any other suggestions within daily driving distance from Northamptionshire.

If you feel like saving $ consider coming to sunny Perth, Western Australia. The weather is fantastic all year round and the viz is 10km plus.Most course take 6 weeks to complete and give you 50 hrs (30 dual,20 mutual).Expect to pay about $8000 AUS.
Considering the cost of flying over there an airfare to Aussie is a drop in the ocean.
There is no school in Perth Australia that can train to a 'CAA FI'! Pity really.
Flt 1, I have heard good things about the guy who does the training at Leicester, but other than that, sorry can't help much.

Stuart Anderson did mine at Leeds, he's very cost conscious and can do in 3-4 weeks full time.
Stuart is self employed so you will need to track him down via Yorkshire Aero Club (No in Pilot Magazine)
