To those who fly on it i'm sure this is quite obvious. but to answer your question i believe its because of its size. A very small jet, pax taller than 5'6" struggle for head height in some areas of the cabin. (it may as well be Barbie's own!!!)
Its also sometimes known as the jungle jet, as the aircraft is built in Brazil.

Hope this helps answer your question.

Possibly due to Bombardier Business Jet being BBJ, bit like BBQ...

BBJ is Boeing Business Jet and is just a VIP config 737

Simple. If Barbie had a jet it would be the EMB-145....

(Very thin) :ok:

pax taller than 5'6" struggle for head height in some areas of the cabin. It isn't just those passengers. I am only 1m56cms (5'1 1/2" in old money) and I managed to hit my head on the overhead lockers TWICE in one trip. Got me there safely though and that's all that matters to me :ok:

The Embraer is called the Barbie Jet for exactly the same reason that the CRJ is called the Cindy Jet!

It's called "Jungle Jet" or "Hoover" where I come from. It sounds a bit like have 2 vacuum cleaners in the cabin.
