What would the maximum range of 7E7-8 with 7E7-9's MTOW and extra tanks be ? It must be impressive.
Looks like a good candidate for VIP transport.

On the website, the 7E7-8 (http://www.boeing.com/commercial/7e7/facts.html) has a range of 8,500 nm as fz78k has said.

The 7E7-9 (http://www.boeing.com/commercial/7e7/facts_stretch.html) has a range of 8,300 nm

For more info on the 7E7, check their website (http://www.boeing.com/commercial/7e7/flash.html)

That's right but 7E7-9 will be heavier because its fuselage is 20 ft longer than 7E7-8. 7E7-9 takes 257 passengers and the take off weight is 500,000 lbs.

7E7-8 is lighter than 7E7-9 and takes only 217 passengers with take-off weight of 480,000 lbs.

What is the range of 7E7-8 if it has 7E7-9's take-off weight ? That was my question.
If 7E7-8 has 7E7-9's takeoff weight, my analysis is that the difference of 40 passengers and the difference of takeoff weight of 20,000 lbs would give the 7E7-8 a 9,500 nm capability if there is not any fuel limit.

Amazingly Boeing will have 777-200LR and 7E7-8LR, both having about the same range.
7E7-8LR with 217 passengers and 9,500 nm range capability. Doesn't it look nice ?
