When is a crew off duty after positioning on a flight. Is it on chocks at destination or 30 minutes after?
What section of the cap 371 refers to this?

Depends what the company's CAA approved FTL scheme dictates. In Loganair it's a minimum of 15 minutes for the Islander fleet.

The flight duty period ends for us "on chocks", with the duty period ending +15 after " on chocks".
However, if you have to position back to base - in our case from Edinburgh to Glasgow, then the duty period will end once the post flight duties are complete in the report room.
The time taken on the M8 is about one hour on a good day!!
