Just want to remind anybody that cares about the phase out of non Chapter 3 aircraft at the end of the month in the EU. I realize many of you are well aware of what is coming. For those of you that do not, I would suggest contacting the CAA within any country that you operate at and also the airports within your operational envelope regarding how they classify your aircraft. Each country is going to differ slightly and may also allow airports to set their own noise requirement levels that may or may not affect your operations.. .Asking a few questions now can save you many headaches down the road. Especially if you operate in France. . .. .Cheers,

Thanks 747FOCAL. If anyone is running an airline and has to rely on an internet bulletin board for information on the regulations that will affect their fleet in less than one month's time, then God help them and their employees. ;)

I tried to ask the guys if we are in compliance, but they can't hear me over all the engine noise!
