Am travelling China Southern from HKG on a business trip to the mainland next month. Any CZ experiences out there, good or bad?

China Southern are fine. If you have a choice (e.g. the extra cost is not out of your pocket) then Dragonair would have a distinct edge from many perspectives, but they may not suit your destination / timetable. Hope this helps!
