Flight Crew Leasing rules and regs.

I'm just wondering if there are any JAR regs about flight crew leasing companies? I just looked up the jaa.nl website and couldn't search it through.

Hello Commander,

There are no JAR regs re FC leasing companies as such directly. However, you will find that JAR-OPS contains lots of material that might be relevant, re the relationship between an AOC holder and the pilots operating their A/C. (Quality systems, training, checking, etc etc).
