What do you think about the FK9?

I'm looking for a ultralight and found an FK9 near my homebase, for US$44,000. I have just flown it once, and due to my little knowledge of ultralights, I wonder if any of you have an opinion about that (beautiful) aircraft or any other comparable machine.
