Carmarthen, Pontrilas, Raglan, Tintern

In the past couple of weeks, in this forum, there were mention of strips at Carmarthen ( Long Life Farm ), Pontrilas, Raglan & Tintern ( Wye Valley )

Does anybody have precise locations for these ( grid or Lat/Long's if possible )
