A question for Continental travellers and French PPRuNe’rs.

Is there a recognised air-to-air VHF frequency in France, like 123.45Mhz, now NOTAMED out of existence as such in the UK? 123.45 was in common use in France last year, is it still used / legal over there?

Many thanks for your time,

Safe Flying.

The reason 123.45 was notamed was that it was the Lyneham frequency as I recall.

There are a number of unissued frequencies that you could use illegally around the 118.00 range or myabe the microlight general frequency.

It is about time GA had it's own dedicated air to air frequency.
