Does anyone have an electronic version of current flight instructor endorsements in the US. Thank you in advance.

Certainly! Go to: http://www.faa.gov/utilities/sitemap.cfm
Click on Advisory circulars, the click on AC's by number, scroll down to AC No. 61-65D and you will have all the endorsements on a PDF file ready for you to print out.
