Best place for a JAA PPL in Florida?

There are many great places according to what I have read on here - make sure you know where NOT to go - run a search on it and you will find oceans of information.

Try the search again using "Florida" as the keyword and restricting the search to "Professional pilot training (includes groundschool)" forum, there's loads of info which is available there. Once you have a shortlist of schools, go back to the search and insert each individual school name and that should steer you towards the good schools and away from the bad.

Tradewinds isn't one that I am personally familiar with but you may wish to first consider whether you want a JAA or FAA licence because if you want the European JAA licence then your choice will be more restricted and I don't think that Tradewinds are on the list for JAA licence training!
