works fine for me

... however, yesterday the rainfall radar didn't show a drop within a hundred miles when it was p1ssing it down outside. Timestamps were ok. I've been increasingly using the radar for flight planning, and this came as a slight surprise - anybody know if it's prone to moments of madness?

I had the same problem on the weekend - contacted their support... eventually (after much denying of a problem) they said to overcome the problem you have to:

Go to Tools/internet options. On the general tab click the settings button in the temporary internet files box. Click the View files button. You will get a list of all temporary internet files. Page down to the files called Cookie:[email protected] (where first and last are the names you login to Windows with). Delete that cookie. Now go to secure.metoffice.com and login but ensure remember me box has a tick. This should recreate the cookie and hopefully solve the problem.

So clearly I was not the only one with a problem! :*
