CVR transcipts

Hi Does anyone know where I can get CVR transcipts for Palm 90, UAL 232, Saudi??? (cabin fire) KLM??? (TFN) and DanAir??? (TFN).
I have found plenty of sites which have the ATC/Pilot transcripts but I really need the pilot/pilot transcipts as I'm trying to write a presentation on assertiveness and team work. Cheers

thanks that's a great help. Anyone know the flight number of the "duck and co-pilot" flight which overran on landing because the capt and fe gandged up on the f/o. cheers
