Has anyone any idea where the new pay scales can be found???
haven't seen them since the quick viewing at the BEC's visit to the unit.

They haven't updated the intranet yet as the individual units have to negotiate their WPP, and that can have a bearing on what pay we are eventually going to get apparently. Cally, speak to a union rep, they should have the proposed scales to hand, if not, get them to get one!!! Some managers have them too, just need to find out who. :ok:

As I work blind to the union rep I guess I'll just have to wait for the wage slip to drop into the pigeon hole !! :ugh:
