Serco the way it works!

Why is it Serco seem to work the crazy system of treating their staff like **** until they have more qualifications under their belt. They are then are surprised when these guys and gals want to fly the coup as they were treated so badly earlier on in their career with Serco?
This is good for training more people, however it isn't nice when you are starting out with them!
It's like a game of poker, when your chips are down they have you by the short and curleys but if you have better cards in your hand the game changes!
