bose,

True, but not that helpful.

The link is fine as displayed, but not if you click on it. For those interested, try this. (http://www.pilotweb.co.uk/content/articles/view_article.aspx?id=3155)

You'll need to have an account on Pilotweb.

bose-x - thanks for that warning - an extra "/" caused the problem! I have edited the original post. :D

Fly Stimulator - thanks for including the link in your post. Much appreciated. :ok: I believe that the News Page (where the link takes you to) does not need you to have a special log-in in order to read it.

Regards, Chris

Even the news page needs a login to read more than just the headline.

Ladies and Gents,

I have just updated the UK GPS Research Website which you are encouraged to visit. I have added a new page - "Your Questions" - which aims to answer some of the comments I have received to date.

I am very much encouraged by the initial response to date, I must extend my thanks to all of you who have made such a valuable contribution to date. The latest interim results may be found at:-

http://members.aol.com/UKGPSResearch/

Other data obtained from each Survey completed will take much longer to analyse but it is the intention to provide as much feedback as possible as this work progresses - hence the presentation of some of the raw data. While much information has been received to date, please do take time to take part in this very valuable exercise and please encourage all those Pilots you know to take part as well. The initial response to the Survey Form has been most promising and it has proved easy to use. Why not join in if you have not already as it is vital as much information is gathered.

I really look forward to hearing your views on the GPS systems you use, and how you use it! Do take time to complete the Form as fully and as honestly as possible and please encourage others to assist in this valuable work. As ever, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at this e-mail address.

Regards,

Chris Morshead

PS No "Login" required for this Site!!!

Evening All!

Just a quick update on the ongoing UK GPS Research Project where work continues apace. I have recently updated the Website at http://members.aol.com/ukgpsresearch/index.htm so do pop along and have a look.

The response has been excellent to date and a very big "Thank You" to all who have contributed to date. However, every completed Survey helps give a better picture of this particular aspect of Aviation. So, if you, or anyone you know, has not taken part to date, why not pick up a Survey Form at http://members.aol.com/ukgpsresearch1/survey.htm and add your voice to this important area of work. All contributions gratefully received.

Thank you again for your time and I hope that you are all managing to get some decent flying in now that the weather seems to be improving. Remember, what every you do, Fly Safely!

Regards, Chris
