I'd appreciate some help with a question that has popped up on my web site (http://www.reportingpoints.info).
"Where can I find details about TACAN ROMEO 1 (which routes NAVPI - CSL - BZN etc)?"
Thanks in advance,
Nick

Details of the TACAN route structure can be found at:
http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/pdf/enr/26030502.PDF
you need to register to get to the site but it's free.

Thanks Pie Man.
Considering I spend half my life wandering around the AIS site - I have to ask myself how the **** I missed that!!
Must be getting late.
Mind you, that leads to another question.....
Where does one go to get a list of TACAN locations (as in coordinates) and what I presume to be the military reporting points also on the chart. The AIP says "to be developed".
Where should I be looking??

Get yourself a copy of the RAF's "BINA" (British Isles and North Atlantic) En-Rte Supplement for TACAN locations and the UK High level En-Rte chart for routes and fixes. Check out http://www.aidu.mod.uk/

You can also find them all in the UK Mil AIP Vol 1 if you have access.
Good luck
