How, on XP, would I set up a mp3 video file to loop after x minutes of inactivity?
Better yet, a playlist of videos?

For Screensavers from MP3s there is this program:
FreeSaver MP3 2.0 (http://download.com.com/3000-2409-10228617.html?tag=lst-0-14)
And for Video:
AVI/MPG Screensaver 3.19 (http://download.com.com/3000-2409-10215618.html?tag=lst-0-21)
I have not tried either of these programs, but their descriptions seem to do what you want.
