CX Company info - Essay and Presentation

Hey all,

As part of my Airline Mgt class, I chose to do a presentation and essay on Cathay Pacific...specifically, their route structure, market assessment, equipment, org culture, employee relations, employee stats, recruitment/retention policies and strategies, branding and competitive advantage. I know that's quite a bit, but is there an info package or anything I can look up (besides the website) for this stuff?

Have you looked into their annual reports posted on their website? It's rather long and boring but should be useful. I heard the CX pilots have a maginze of their own but I have no idea how you can get your hands on one of those.
