What are Excel's plans for Summer 04?
I know that aswell as their own fleet of 737/757/767 a/c they contract in other operators for the summer season. What are they using this summer?
I know that at LGW/MAN/GLA/NCL/BHX they will have their own aircraft based, but what about other UK/overseas stations? Word had it they were basing a/c at smaller airports to operate on their behalf.
In the past they have used airlines like Azzurra/Nordic/Atlanta/Hola/Islandsflug/Viking/ at BRS/STN/EMA and Heraklion.
It seems to me that XLA have their heads screwed on, by not having excess capacity in the quiet winter months. Seems like good business sense! :D
Oh is there no chance of a permanent base at NCL - fantastic place, growing dramatically??!! :ok:
