Anybody know if the Royal Aeronautical Society still administer the Pilot Proficiency Scheme?
I remember qualifying for a red badge, but wondered if it still happened - likewise, do AOPA still do a 'radio navigation certficate" for VFR pilots who have learned to track things well?
