Hello All--

I'm trying to put together a charter for my company's Human Factors Committee and I need an example of what others have used for that purpose. Any info provided would be used as a beginning template for our new mandate.

Does anyone have experience in this area, and better yet, would anyone be willing to share their company's Human Factors "job description" with me?

Thanks in advance!

Sam

eagleflip,

Are you looking at developing that in an SMS framework or? I have experience developing CRM and HF programmes, and with SMS. I have a BSc (Aviation) from Newcastle, and am a HF Specialist.

I'm just in Halifax, Canada, so not too far from you. Visit my website at URL:

Refer to some of the documents and web sites below. I suspect that you will conclude that it will be difficult to deal with HF in isolation and it may be better to consider it as a core element of a safety management system.
