Mac PC Emulator

Help!!!!!!!!!
I have some files on a floppy, that i need to open with my microsoft system. As I am sure the computer tech's out there know, microsoft is unable to read and open Apple Mac files. I was told to download a Mac PC Emulator? Where do i find one, and will it open an apple mac file?

Not sure if you can use this program, but I found one at Download.com (http://download.cnet.com).

Search for 'Fusion Mac'. You'll get to Fusion 3.0, which is a PC based Mac-emulator.
