This may of been asked before but, does anyone know what will become of the Concorde simulator/s now that the white bird is about to be on ground display.

Might they be up for sale or dismantled forever or will Richard Branston buy them and use them for family and friends? :)

Have a look here:
http://www.concordesimulator.com

The plan to make the Concorde Simulator available for public visits and corporate events is dependent on sufficient numbers of people registering their interest.

Does anyone know who is behind this? Have they actually bought the sim or is this some attempt to help satisfy the local Barclays manager to give them a loan?

Who actually owns the simulator?

I know that it's based at Filton near Bristol as I flew it seven years ago, under the guidance of Captain Leslie Scott. I had an absoute blast! Only sorry that I never flew on the real thing.

The company who have registered the domain traces through to these poeple who seem to have an existing business in selling full motion sim 'flights'.
