New LC airline : V-Bird
Rumours are flying around Limbabwe that a new company, V-Bird, is being set up to start flying around mid-September from Niederrhein and Maastricht with 3 A320s!!! Destinations are rumoured to be TXL, MUC, VIE, NCE & HEL from NRN; and NCE from MST. Another paper airline or does anyone have any factual info?

obviously BAe 146-100 our tastes differ. You like the DUO livery which I find positively and in contrast to that I think the V-Bird livery is pretty good, although I must admit that it's perhaps a little "busy" in the middle. Anyway, obviously it's the real thing then.

Just announced on another site that V-Bird will operate MST-NCE 3 times DAILY !!! Shurely shome mishtake I think. 3 rotations per week would be more like it from this neck of the woods.

The people behind this are also the same who tried to swindle Air Lib out of some money. As the main investor said at the time something like: we had taken over the lease on some of the Air lib aircraft and were negotiating soley with the french government on Air Lib to have some extra months lease....
In the end they blamed Airbus for the Air lib failure.. Airbus is so pissed of by these guys that they don't want to do anything with these guys..

This must have been expensive to design and implement. Did someone say that they are a LoCo???

I've seen this aircraft around here a few times recently and it looks better in the metal than in the picture! Its nice that some people will use a bit of imagination in a paint job rather than the usual run-of-the-mill efforts we normally see. Nice job!
