Snoop Finnair Express. A new airline in the North

But dont tell anyone as it is a big secret

Finnair is busy getting a low fares / no frills carrier operating ala Delta in US of A.

Apparently Finnair Express would operate as a separate company with different (Read lower) salaries as well as their own AOC. Option being pondered was to use the AOC of their Estonian subsidiary Aero Airlines.

Rumour has it that they will dedicate MD80s for the new carrier. Other types might follow (Such as B757's) for the IT market.

It seems that Air Finland and Flying Finn have stepped on the toes of Finnair hard and the big kid on the block does not like that.

Cheers

JJ
