Threatened Strike at NCL

There has bee speculation in the local press, that Groundstar staff at NCL may be taking industrial action within the next two weeks, because of disatisfaction over pay differentials between them and groundstar staff at other airports.

Does anyone know how likely action is?

Fairly likely according to the press for the August bank holiday weekend. Groundstar reckon they have procedures in place to minimise disruption though.
